We are committed to implementing programs, providing services and resources that will uplift, empower, and motivate individuals to improve their quality of life.
Top Community Development Corporation currently serves individuals that reside in Flatbush and East Flatbush and the surrounding communities in Brooklyn, New York. However we are not limited to only serving clients that reside in these areas, we will help anyone who can benefit from our services. We serve men, women, children and senior citizens.
